The constitution of this organization is about creating a justice-oriented society and supporting sustainable development through the activities of all members of the society. To reach this important goal we must attract the cooperation of other organizations, local councils and authorities which can help us in reconstruction affairs.  Our professional staff conduct surveys of the regions, which have been severely damaged by conflicts as well as of the undesirable effects of internal wars on the lives of people and other important sectors, and then based on the collected data and the urgent needs of the region we provide proposals and submit to the funding agencies.  The projects given to us by international organizations are implemented in the site and the works are controlled and monitored by leading board according to program.  Attraction of cooperation and joint efforts with UN aids organizations in reconstruction and development programs are among our obligations.  During the implementation of the projects, all staff must keep in mind the rules and principles of GRM and PSEA  Priority is given to projects that are most needed by people.  Providing regular plans for reconstruction.  Holding vocational and technical courses for personnel to promote their knowledge level.
