African Girls Empowerment Network (AGE Network) is a registered young women based non-profit organization, dedicated to reducing gender inequality across Africa by empowering young women and adolescent girls. We advance gender equality in girls’ education, promote women’s good health, bolster women’s role in leadership and economic inclusion, and strengthen the capacity of girl-led groups in Africa.
We are a youth-led farmer support organization registered with the National Registration Bureau of Uganda with the registration Number INDR14949364NB and has been operating in Uganda since 2006.
We work to address the root causes of poverty and economic hardship across Africa. Through our peacebuilding and livelihood support programs, we restore hope for vulnerable families.
