- Privacy Officer: Monitors compliance, manages data protection measures, and acts as the point of contact for privacy concerns.
- Board Members, Staff, and Volunteers: Responsible for adhering to this policy and protecting personal information during and after their association with EDN.
6. Compliance and Monitoring
- Compliance with the Privacy Policy will be monitored by the Governance Committee.
- Non-compliance or breaches of this policy will result in disciplinary action, including removal from the organization or legal recourse if applicable.
7. Review and Revision
This policy will be reviewed annually by the Governance Committee and updated as needed to reflect changes in relevant privacy laws, organizational practices, or stakeholder expectations.
