The vision of the organization is that through the work and dedication of its members, it contributes to the awakening, development, and dissemination of the Roma and Egyptian identity and culture in Albania and beyond.Mission: The mission of the organization is to advocate for equal access for the Roma and Egyptian minorities regarding human rights in terms of public and social services; to ensure education and career counseling for students from these communities; to increase the participation of these communities in public life; to conduct research studies for the documentation and institutionalization of the cultural heritage of the Roma and Egyptian minorities; and to promote cultural exchange and friendly relations between the Roma and Egyptian minorities and other communities both within and outside the country.
