Vision: We envisage communities with empowered grassroots women, communities where girls are empowered enough to identify and solve problems they face in their communities, inspire other girls into all forms of leadership and solving community problems, be better for themselves and their communities. Mission:To inspire and train girls in various schools and communities in Sierra Leone on issues around Education, leadership, personal development, mentorship and career development. To build the capacity of girls and vulnerable women to have improved personal hygiene care and help them live in societies that are free from social difficulties and engages in all development processes.
