To empower Afghan men and women by improving their capacity and providing them with opportunities to become self-sufficient and self-sustained. We envision a society where both men and women have equal rights, access to resources, and the ability to participate fully in social, economic, and political life. Our vision is to foster a peaceful and prosperous Afghanistan where gender equity is the norm, and all individuals, regardless of their background, can lead dignified and independent lives. Our Mission Our mission is to improve the living conditions of Afghan women by promoting the rule of law, providing vocational training, expanding educational opportunities, WASH, Infrastructure and Road Building and raising awareness about human rights and women’s rights. We are committed to defending women’s rights, fostering self-reliance, and enhancing access to healthcare, livelihood opportunities, and gender equity. In addition, we work towards the elimination of gender-based violence (GBV) and provide essential cash and food distribution services to those in need. We also strive to promote sustainable community development, good governance, and economic opportunities while advancing social and ecological standards. Our work aims to build strong, resilient communities that are equipped to address the root causes of human suffering, poverty, and social injustice. At the core of our mission is the empowerment of women, girls, and marginalized communities, ensuring they have the tools and support necessary to lead lives of safety, security, and relief. We are dedicated to providing essential services and amplifying economic opportunities for poor, vulnerable, and marginalized Afghans, especially women and girls, so they can live in peace, welfare, and dignity.
