Areas of Work
Rah-e-Rahnaward Social Welfare Organization (RRSWO) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization established in 2011 and formally registered with the Ministry of Economy in 2019. Based in Kabul with operations across provinces including Herat and Ghor, RRSWO empowers vulnerable Afghan communities—especially women and children—through inclusive programs in education, health, protection, livelihoods, and emergency response. With a strong focus on gender equality, rights advocacy, and resilience, the organization delivers community-based education, vocational training, psychosocial support, and food assistance.
Founded in 2007, Afghanistan Organization Women Arise (AOWA) is a non-governmental, women-led organization dedicated to empowering women, youth, and vulnerable communities across Afghanistan. With operations in provinces such as Ghor, Badghis, Kabul, Farah, Samangan, Mazar, Nangarhar, Nimruz and Herat, AOWA works across education, health, agriculture, and social services to promote peace, gender equality, sustainable development, and human rights. Through community-based initiatives, AOWA provides life-saving humanitarian aid, vocational training, and advocacy programs aimed at fostering resilience, justice, and inclusive development in Afghanistan’s most underserved regions.
Afghans Better Life Organization (ABLO) is a local NGO that works to alleviate poverty in Afghanistan through Training & Education, Micro-Enterprise, and Socio-Economic Projects. ABLO was founded in 2023 by a group of scholars, experienced trainers, and community leaders who share a vision of empowering and improving the lives of the Afghan people.

Integrated Support Network (ISN) is a dynamic and innovative organization registered under the Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) since 2017. We specialize in capacity building and service provision, focusing on education, health, climate action, and community development. Our mission is to empower communities and individuals, especially youth, by providing the tools and resources necessary for sustainable development.

JAGO NARI is a women-led organization dedicated to improving access to quality education for marginalized and disadvantaged children in coastal Bangladesh. With over two decades of experience, JAGO NARI has implemented various Early Childhood Development (ECD) and pre-primary education programs, including innovative initiatives such as boat schools for floating fisherman communities. The organization focuses on creating safe, inclusive, and child-friendly learning environments that promote early learning, reduce dropout rates, and empower girls to continue their education. Through partnerships with government, INGOs, and UN agencies, JAGO NARI has made significant contributions to ensuring education for all, especially in remote and disaster-prone areas.

Humanitarian Assistance Muska

Humanitarian Assistance Muska (HAM) began its work informally in early 1997 in Afghanistan under the name Humanitarian Assistance for Women (HAW). Initially, the organization focused on homebased schools for girls (grades 1-9) and literacy programs for individuals over the age of 15. In early 1999, HAW expanded its activities to Pakistan, particularly in the Hari-Por and Ghazi camps. The program aimed to assist the most vulnerable populations, especially women and children, by helping refugees, particularly women, with product marketing. In 2005, HAW was registered with the Ministry of Economy and changed its name to Humanitarian Assistance Muska (HAM). Humanitarian Assistance Muska (HAM) is a women-led, non-profit, non-governmental organization (NGO). Its main activities include promoting human rights and women’s rights, improving community access to justice and education, and vocational improvement. HAM is also involved in peacebuilding and conflict mediation, health education, civic and basic literacy education, vocational training and income-generating activities, capacity building for women and youth, and emergency assistance.
Sukaar Welfare Organization is a non-government, non-profitable Community development organization has been working in Sindh Province established by group of young community development professionals, human rights activists, researchers, and concerned citizens, to supports sustainable development for neglected society in order to reduce poverty and to contribute to a more secure, equitable and prosperous society.

Proven skills in community project management and human resources management. Additional experience of five years as an educational assistant at the Lycée La Fontaine in Niamey.

Maen Al Awes

Experienced professional in Education and Education in Emergencies (EiE) projects with expertise in research, project management, and capacity building and development. Holds a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Aleppo, and two MAs, one in Education (Leadership & Management) from Oxford Brookes University and the other in Humanitarian Aid and International Cooperation from Kalu Institute. Currently, working on my Education Doctorate (EdD). I speak Arabic and English and have experience teaching in both languages.

Ayman Qwaider

With 13 years of experience as a specialist in Education in Emergencies and disability inclusion, I have a strong background as a teacher in complex contexts, particularly in the Middle East. I have spent 10 years with the Enabling Education Network (EENET) and the Inter-agency Network for Education in Emergencies (INEE) as an Arabic Language Community Facilitator. In these roles, I have delivered effective training sessions and ensured active member engagement in EiE contexts.

Dianarose Njui

Njui is an education and non-profit professional with 18+ years’ experience in teaching, program leadership, and teacher development. Passionate about equity, and she empowered 1,725+ teachers and impacted 157,700 learners across Africa. Njui recently launched an organisation called EduMorans to strengthen rural teacher capacity and transform learning outcomes.
Lalang Hu Mga Laga Organization est. in 2018, as a feminist grassroots womn’s organization in Mindanao. The Lalang activities are led by community-based area coordinators who are mostly young women.
