Munera Yousofzada

A distinguished public servant with extensive experience in governance, defense, education, and international advocacy. Munera Yousofzada made history as the first woman to serve as Deputy Minister of Defense for Education and Personnel in Afghanistan. With a strong background in policy development, strategic leadership, and public administration, she has driven significant reforms in military education, women’s empowerment, and governance. She continues her contributions to research and policy through international organizations in the United States.

Eric born in 1977 is trained as a teacher and priest currently serving as a school chaplain and Programs Director at MUB – Home Foundation. I advocate for underprivileged communities and specialize in grants management and Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning, striving to drive positive change through education and social initiatives.

Vítor Barbosa

Vítor Barbosa was born in Huambo on November 21, 1950. He completed his training as a school teacher in Cuima in 1969, the same year he began working as a teacher. He pursued primary teaching and higher education in psychology at ISCED in Luanda. He held various positions in the Ministry of Education, including Deputy Coordinator of the National School Inspection Commission. He was involved in the first educational reform, notably the radio program for training primary school teachers. He also taught psychology and served as the director of the Pre-University Center of Luanda for 10 years. Since 1996, he has been dedicated to the education of young people and adults, particularly in Non-Formal Education, including Popular Education.

Africa Foundation for Community Development (AFCOD-Uganda) was established in 2015. With the mandate to advocate and promote Human Rights, Democratic Governance, Prevention of Gender Based Violence and other Programs in the Vulnerable and Marginalized communities in Uganda. The organization is non-Governmental, non-Profit, non-political and independent civil society organization, legally registered by the Government of Uganda.
Development Expertise Center (DEC) is a non-profit, national Civil Society Organization (CSO) established in 2007 and registered with the Federal Agency for Civil Society Organizations. The organization’s objective will contribute to achieve the national development efforts through integrated, decentralized and sustainable program interventions. DEC is governed by Board of Directors with seven members as its supreme governing organ. Its operations are managed by a secretariat headed by an Executive Director appointed by the board. Over the last sixteen years, the organization has built excellence in the provision of quality services for its target members in the country. DEC has developed and makes use of appropriate & relevant policy, procedure and guidelines to guide its management and operations. DEC works with more than 30 different partners from civil societies, private sector and relevant government sectors at all level. Through consortium approach, DEC also promotes partnership and lead capacity development programs with active engagements of the consortium members and targeted CSOs, private and government sectors. DEC also works on accountability, client satisfaction and creating enabling environment for better engagement of its target groups. Apart from the major program interventions, DEC also facilitates exchange (linking and learning) programs between North-South, South-South, and knowledge, skill transfer of its targets including government stakeholders.
Jan Lok Kalyan Parishad (JLKP) is a grassroots organization founded in 1994, registered under Society Registration Act-1860. Working in Jharkhand’s Pakur, Sahibganj, Dumka, Chatra & Godda districts, JLKP focuses on sustainable development, addressing poverty, women’s empowerment, agriculture, education, and community wellbeing through collaborative stakeholder engagement.
