Narendra Dangol is a dedicated human rights and development expert from Nepal, with extensive experience in child rights, education, and advocacy. He is currently the Executive Director of Loo Niva Child Concern Group and holds leadership roles in various organizations. Narendra has participated in global conferences and has led numerous research projects.

Ihsanullah Ghafoori

Ihsanullah Ghafoori serves as a Research Manager at the Afghanistan Research and Evaluation Unit (AREU) and holds two academic degrees: a Bachelor of Arts in Islamic Studies from Peshawar University and a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Political Science from Rana University. He attained his Master’s degree in Jurisprudence and Law from Salam University. Mr. Ghafoori possesses extensive experience in both qualitative and quantitative research, focusing on Livelihood Trajectory, Local Governance, Urban Governance, and Education at AREU. His research has significantly contributed to a Water Management study within the framework of Natural Resource Management. He has also co-authored several studies and played an instrumental role in numerous research programs, including investigations into Human Trafficking, Gender Issues, Livelihood Assessments, Informal Credit, and Peacebuilding Studies.

Manizha Isaar

I am Manizha Isaar an education and Women rights activist. I hold a masters degree in Educational Administration and worked with the Afghanistan Civil Society Forum Organization back in Afghanistan. After moving to Germany in 2021, I began volunteering with Bakhtar Institute in Berlin as a board member and run an education project for Afghan girls. I’ve also mentored young women through Omid International-UK in Peace Education and Project Management.

Melody Mukundwi

Melody has over 10 years’ experience in development work in Zimbabwe and this experience play a key role in the continued strategic positions she holds. In social circles, Melody always look out for women and speak out for those who are voiceless. In her community, she pushes for women’s equal access to opportunities including leadership positions. She takes advantage of her boldness, affirmative character and charisma to drive out gender disparities and speak against inequalities.

SIYAT GAYE

Siyat Gaye is a Development specialist with particular focus on Education, Governance, Social justice and Human rights. He holds Master’s degree in Global Political Economy (GPE), Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies and a Primary Teachers’ Certificate (PTC) in Education. In his professional career, Siyat has built diverse experience and expertise across a broad spectrum of disciplines and social sectors with significant knowledge and experience in project management, capacity building and training, advocacy, social mobilization, organizational management and leadership, as well as coalition building and networking strategies. Siyat has been proactively involved in the advocacy campaign on Education for All goals and the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG4). As an education expert, He has also gained extensive experience in education policy formulation and implementation as well as experience in teaching and training at various levels of education including at university. Siyat has worked for several organizations including the Education for All Campaign Network-The Gambia (EFANet) and International Republican Institute (IRI). Mr. Gaye is currently working as an executive consultant and researcher in providing expert advice and strategic guidance on education, development policies and programs, project management, organizational management and business development to private and public institutions, government entities and international agencies, Siyat has also developed passion and built experience in technology and ICT.

Dipak Prasad Bashyal

Dipak Prasad Bashyal is a Co-Founder and Executive Director of Rise Up Foundation Nepal. He has more than 15 years of experience, including more than 10 years in senior management roles. His expertise spans program design, strategic planning, research, and project management, focusing on education, human rights, child protection, gender equality, anti-slavery, and social inclusion. He has successfully led major projects funded by international organizations such as UN Women, ILO, Freedom Fund, Governance Facility and USAID. Dipak holds a master’s degree in social science and has contributed to research, advocacy, and capacity-building initiatives in Nepal, working with marginalized communities to drive sustainable change.
