Dipak Prasad Bashyal is a Co-Founder and Executive Director of Rise Up Foundation Nepal. He has more than 15 years of experience, including more than 10 years in senior management roles. His expertise spans program design, strategic planning, research, and project management, focusing on education, human rights, child protection, gender equality, anti-slavery, and social inclusion. He has successfully led major projects funded by international organizations such as UN Women, ILO, Freedom Fund, Governance Facility and USAID. Dipak holds a master’s degree in social science and has contributed to research, advocacy, and capacity-building initiatives in Nepal, working with marginalized communities to drive sustainable change.
