I have worked for more than ten years in the education sector in Tanzania. I work with communities in Rural Tanzania to improve the learning environment (renovation and construction of infrastructures) water and sanitation. I also advocate for girls’ education and empower them on life skills, prevention and reporting all forms of violence, Sexual Reproductive Health and rights, and Menstrual Hygiene management. I also advocate for the reintegration of teen mothers back into school. Through my work, I have developed skills in gender mainstreaming, advocacy, and community mobilization.
