The NGO Women, Actions, and Development (FAD) is an initiative of women who have decided to pool their knowledge and experiences in order to actively participate in the defense, protection, and empowerment of women and girls.
This beneficial initiative is based on the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030. This fight is far from over due to the underrepresentation of women in decision-making bodies and the resistance that men and political parties show in honoring their commitments to make institutions more accessible to women.
The NGO FAD is therefore a manifestation of the members’ desire to contribute to the genuine development of women in social, cultural, economic, and political sectors, despite the adversities.
